Cancellation Policy:
~ 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of booked accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
~ 2 days prior to arrival: 100% of booked accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Children Staying with Parents:
- Children of all ages are welcomed. However, travelling with infants under 2 years old to remote islands is not recommended.
- Children 0-6 years: Free of Charge
- Children 6-12 years are charged AUD$29 per night per child.
- Parental supervision for young children is advised.

Isaac and Rachel will be the lovely hosts to greet you on this picture perfect Island getaway. Sunrise Bungalows was started in 2006 from a lot of manual labour and persistence. As you can appreciate, the Island does not have the machinery to bulldoze the unwanted bushes away, hence Isaac and Rachel cleared the land of weeds and bushes by hand. In keeping respect for their land the native trees and plants were kept intact so as to keep feeding birds.
Isaac has noted definite hurdles to building the bungalows, considering business is usually the "white mans" custom. With the help of the European Union - to get them started - and Vanuatu Hotels, the pair has seen the couple rise above the challenge and learn more about what the tourist wants and how best to service them. Isaac and Rachel love to share their land with visitors. They dream one day to have the opportunity to visit their visitor's home lands too, in order to see and learn about other cultures and customs.
